Georgia Stephenson PATIO-PROJECT: The Forbidden Gates

Patio Project saw independent curator Georgia Stephenson bring to life degree show sculpture proposals that weren’t been able to be realised due to Covid lockdown.

Working with 2020 graduating artists, she programmed a series of sculptural works from graduate students from across the UK, to be displayed at her home in South East London.

As a selected artist I received a grant to help me realise one of my degree show pieces: The Forbidden Gates, which was installed for a fortnight at the Georgia’s home on her bespoke “patio plinth”.
